To measure your walls, use a tape measure to determine the height and width of the area you want to cover. Make sure to add an extra inch or two to allow for any trimming or wall irregularities. You can then select a custom size when ordering.

We strive to match the colors as closely as possible to what you see on screen. However, variations can occur due to monitor settings, so please allow for slight differences. If you're unsure, we recommend ordering a small sample first.

Typically, orders take 1-3 business days to produce, as all our prints are made to order. Shipping times vary based on your location, but you can expect to receive your items within 7-14 business days after production.

No, we only ship Australia wide.

When applying large decals or wallpaper, it's best to use a plastic wallpaper smoother or a similar tool. Start from the center and work your way out to the edges, ensuring that you press out any bubbles as you go. For especially large decals, we recommend getting someone to help to ensure smooth application.

Since each order is custom-printed, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is a printing error. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you encounter any issues. No returns are accepted after the installation, so please make sure you inspect the product prior to applying it.

For wallpaper and decals, simply wipe them down with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust or smudges. Avoid harsh chemicals as they may damage the print. Canvas prints can be dusted with a soft cloth or a duster to keep them looking fresh.

Currently, we do not offer installation services. However, we provide detailed installation instructions with each order.

Yes, we offer small samples of our wallpapers so you can test them on your wall before committing to a larger purchase. Just select the sample option on the product page.
