Return Policy

Please choose your products carefully, as all our products are made to order, and we cannot provide refunds or exchanges for changes of mind once an order is placed. For wallpapers we offer samples to assist you with your choice.

If the item is defective or damaged, please e-mail enquire@quickinteriors.com.au with your order number, damage description and photos. Returns are assessed case-by-case, and exchanges are at our discretion. Replacement items must be unused and in original packaging.

You have 30 days after you received your order to notify us regarding any damage.

We do not cover return shipping. It is recommended to use a tracking service or insurance for more expensive items.
